As a Route Service Technician Trainee, you will: * Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations. * Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services. * Provide emergency on-call service. * Deliver and pick up chemicals. * Collect payments and follow up on accounts. * Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns. * Train customers on product usage and safety. * Negotiate service renewals and pricing. What You'll Need: * A valid driver's license. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role. * Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred). * Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. * Capability to climb stairs at customer and branch locations. * A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
