Our vibrant culture is built upon aligned values, shared ownership, mutual respect, and a passion for collaborating to solve complex customer problems.Operations Service Coordinator - Hybrid Solon, OhioWhat You Will Do:Service Case Intake & SchedulingReceive and log service requests via phone, email, and internal systemsCreate service calls and work orders accuratelySchedule Field Service Engineers (FSEs) according to availability and priorityDocumentation & Data EntryEnter service notes, failure descriptions, and resolution details as providedAttach POs, quotes, and supporting documentsMaintain clean, organized service recordsParts Order ProcessingPlace parts orders using provided part numbersTrack shipments and update ETAsEnsure exchange/return documentation is sent respectivelyCustomer CommunicationProvide basic status updates and scheduling confirmationsCommunicate ETAs and appointment windowsRoute escalations to senior team membersInternal CoordinationCommunicate with FSEs regarding schedules and job statusSupport Service Operations Specialists with administrative tasksSuccess MetricsAccurate work order creationTimely schedulingMinimal data entry errorsPositive internal responsivenessOn-time follow-throughWhat You Will BringStrong organizational skillsProfessional written and verbal communicationComfortable with computers and ticketing systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyApplies critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and make timely, well-reasoned judgment calls.Customer service or dispatch experienceHealthcare background - highly preferred Who We Want to MeetAct Like an Owner - You take the initiative and are focused on seeing commitments all the way through to completion.
