A Full-Time Flex Overnight Key Carrier at The GIANT Company typically combines overnight stocking and merchandising duties with leadership responsibilities, including unlocking/locking the store, managing inventory, and supervising the night crew. This position requires high flexibility, with responsibilities for maintaining store appearance and ensuring products are properly displayed for the morning shift. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Security: Opening/closing the store, managing the overnight team, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.Stocking & Merchandising: Breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, and building displays.Inventory & Maintenance: Rotating products, removing out-of-code items, and blocking/facing shelves.Customer Service: Ensuring the store is clean and fully stocked for the opening, with potential for some customer interaction.Qualifications & RequirementsFlexibility: Availability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis, which may include weekends and holidays.Leadership: Previous experience in a key carrier, supervisory, or senior retail role is generally required.Physical Strength: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items (U-boats, pallets) throughout the shift.
