Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Role Summary We're looking for a people-first, inspiring leader to join us as our new SVP of Supply Chain, reporting directly to our President. As SVP of Supply Chain, you'll lead our end-to-end supply chain - including procurement, integrated planning, customer service, logistics, and distribution. You'll keep our supply chain closely aligned with business needs, anticipate evolving customer expectations, and create a consistently delightful experience for everyone who chooses Torani. Your leadership will build a strong operational backbone, enhance service, and grow a team that loves working together to deliver amazing customer experiences. Success Criteria (18-24 months) Strategic Leader * You led the creation of the long-term logistics strategy and network design roadmap, partnering with cross-functional leaders and external stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes. * By applying deep functional expertise, you balanced supply chain needs with company priorities, shaping three-year and annual plans that supported business growth. Team Development & Change Management Guru * You laid the groundwork for a sustainable organizational structure that enables scalability, agility, and cross-functional collaboration. * Your hands-on coaching and mentorship are accelerating the growth of our supply chain leaders and teams, creating an environment where people feel supported, energized, and eager to stretch into new opportunities. Integrated Planning Architect * By partnering with key stakeholders, you strengthened demand and supply planning by revamping S&OP and creating greater visibility and shared accountability across sales, operations, and finance. * You defined and built the data, analytics, and system requirements needed for end-to-end planning, scenario modeling, and KPI visibility through strong collaboration with cross-functional partners. Operational Excellence Builder * With a continuous improvement mindset, you strengthened your team's capabilities to improve systems, processes, and governance. * You delivered on targets across key supply chain metrics - including safety, service levels, costs,inventory turns, and lead times - and regularly shared progress with key stakeholders. Procurement and Supplier Excellence Champion * By nurturing supplier relationships, you earned a reputation for trust and collaboration, ensuring sustainable supply, competitive costs, and effective risk management. * You developed category strategies and enhanced procurement governance and insights to support innovation, quality, and sustainability and to guide smarter spending decisions. What We're Looking For * Executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leaders, including the Board, while building strong partnerships across functions. * 15+ years of senior supply chain leadership experience (manufacturing or CPG background is a plus). * Proven success in designing and rolling out distribution network strategies. * Experience leading transformation and managing organizational change. * Strong knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (Manhattan preferred).
