This is a remote role supporting a small team of three. The person in this role will handle scheduling, tendering, resolving product issues, and managing email communication while working closely with Operations Planning and Warehouse/Plant teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and take ownership of issues until they are resolved. Transportation or inventory experience is helpful but not required. SAP and Excel experience are a plus. **Duties and Responsibilities:** Manage daily transportation planning tasks, including: Scheduling shipments. Tendering loads. Resolving product or shipment issues. Responding to and managing email communications. **Work closely with:** Operations Planning teams. Warehouse and Plant teams. Identify transportation issues and help resolve them. Follow up on open items and ensure issues are closed. Support teammates during high workload periods. **Required Skills** Self-starter who can work independently and ask questions when needed. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Willingness to take ownership of work and problems. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
