If this sounds like responsibilities, you have had in the past and you can commit to our training plan then apply today!Job DescriptionTHE DUTIESAssisting the Cargo President with their portfolio of clientsDevelop aircraft knowledge including familiarization with aircraft used, range, capacity, crewing etc.Building relationships with Cargo operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customersMaintain airport and airline contact information in the databaseFlight watching/overseeing flight departuresDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients and teamGrow a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organizationPro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visitsPresents and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidenceDemonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering processQualificationsTHE INDIVIDUALHardworking and flexibleAmbition, drive, and self-motivation Exceptional organizational and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and negotiation skillsStrong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systemsProven administrative experienceStrong time-management skills and multitasking abilityMaintain and protect confidential information1+ years of administrative assistance experience2+ years of Microsoft Outlook experienceAdditional InformationTRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Award-winning professional training and one-on-one mentoring International training based in our London HQ.
