Job Requirements The pay for this position is starting at $14.00/hour +Tips +Bonus A Five Guys Crew Member provides friendly customer service while preparing fresh burgers, fries, and other menu items according to company standards. Crew members work in a fast-paced team environment to ensure customers receive quality food, accurate orders, and a clean dining experience. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers and take orders accurately using the register. * Prepare burgers, fries, and other menu items following Five Guys standards. * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms. * Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. * Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Work with teammates to provide fast, friendly service. Work Environment * Busy restaurant setting with frequent standing and movement. * Exposure to kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers.
