Requirements: • Must have a minimum of two years' as LINE COOK in a fine dining establishment. • Must have high attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced exhibition kitchen environment with ability to work as a team. • Must have the ability to execute large quantities of food while always maintaining the highest quality. • Food Handler's certificate. • Culinary education desired but not required.
