We are searching for a dynamic, highly motivated Customer Service Associate specializing in Distributor and Retail Orders. This candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing, effective communication with distributors and retail partners, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):Receive, review, and process distributor and retail orders accurately and efficientlyCollaborate with Accounting department to resolve credit issuesMonitor sales and transfer orders for accuracy and timelinessWork closely with warehouses to resolve issues on deliveriesCommunicate order status, availability to customers promptly and professionallyOrganize daily order transmissionsParticipate in physical inventory counts of all products stored in the warehouseMinimum one year of order entry or inventory ordering experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent computer skills are a MUST (MS Office 365 Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of supply chain process and Microsoft Dynamics BC365 a plusAbility to work with minimal supervisionPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerSome lifting or physical activity may be necessary Kobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.The base compensation range for this job classification is between $45,000 and $55,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service
