As a Core Lab Generalist, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic testing across multiple disciplines, contributing to accurate and timely laboratory results that directly impact patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in areas including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control and quality assurance procedures Review and verify patient results, recognizing abnormal findings and taking appropriate action Adhere to all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and laboratory policies Assist with specimen processing and workflow management in a reference lab environment Collaborate with laboratory team members and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field MT/MLS certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred or required (depending on employer) Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred (new grads may be considered) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently on night shift with minimal supervision Why Join Us?
