Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Location: Indiana, Pennsylvania Position OverviewWe are seeking a Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Indiana, PA. This role involves delivering comprehensive anesthesia care including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for both elective and emergent procedures. Case types include orthopedics, endoscopy, ENT, podiatry, and obstetrics.The CRNA will be responsible for preoperative evaluations, intraoperative anesthesia management, and post-operative care in a collaborative, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Anesthesia AdministrationConduct thorough preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plansEstablish IV access and administer general, regional, and epidural anesthesiaManage anesthesia throughout surgical proceduresCase ManagementCollaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staffParticipate in both elective and emergent cases across multiple specialtiesPatient MonitoringMonitor airway, vital signs, and patient status during proceduresProvide post-anesthesia care and ensure safe recovery Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCertified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists Active Pennsylvania state license (or ability to obtain)Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRPStrong proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques (spinals, nerve blocks, epidurals) Schedule & Work Environment Schedule: LocumsCall: In-house call requiredEMR System: Epic Setting: Hospital-based Additional Information The CRNA will provide anesthesia services across a wide range of specialties, including orthopedics, endoscopy, ENT, podiatry, and obstetrics, in a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment.
