This temporary position focuses on keeping candidates moving smoothly through the onboarding pipeline, from first contact through handoff to procurement. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities • Support the recruiting and onboarding process for Independent Contractor drivers • Track candidates through each stage of the onboarding pipeline • Communicate with candidates regarding documentation, requirements, and next steps • Review onboarding documentation for completeness and accuracy • Maintain organized records and update internal tracking systems • Coordinate with recruiting, onboarding, and procurement teams to prevent delays • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience • Identify and escalate issues that may slow onboarding progress • Assist with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed Requirements • Experience in operations, recruiting coordination, onboarding, logistics, or administrative support preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone and email • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer proficiency and experience using tracking systems or spreadsheets • Reliable, responsive, and process-oriented • Logistics or transportation experience is a plus #nowhiringJob Requirements: N/A
