Territory: Southwest (AZ, NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, MS)Position OverviewThe Regional Vice President, Business Development is responsible for achieving annual new business bookings targets within an assigned geographic territory, focused on hospitals and physician groups. This role drives full-cycle sales execution-from pipeline development through contract close-while cultivating strategic C-suite relationships across the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) landscape.The assigned territory is the Southwest region (Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi) and is subject to change at the Company's discretion. Sales outside the core region may occur when no other VP is engaged in the account and with approval from the Chief Revenue Officer.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation & Sales ExecutionOwn full lifecycle sales process: lead generation, qualification, scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and closingDevelop and maintain a sustainable pipeline to meet or exceed annual bookings targetsManage customer relationships from initial outreach through contract executionDevelop add-on business within existing client accountsLead value-based, consultative conversations with C-level decision makersStrategic Account DevelopmentBuild and execute regional sales strategy and methodologyDevelop detailed strategic account plans aligned with client needsCollaborate with business unit leaders to ensure operational feasibility and accurate pricingPartner with Legal on contract preparation and executionCRM & ReportingMaintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce (calls, visits, emails, pipeline status)Provide regular forecasting, activity reporting, and strategic feedback to leadershipMarketing & Industry EngagementSupport RFP responses, proposals, case studies, and white papersIdentify regional marketing opportunities and emerging product/service needsRepresent GetixHealth at industry conferences and trade eventsEnhance brand visibility and strengthen executive-level relationshipsCompliance & Leadership AlignmentEnsure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and ethical standardsPartner with executive leadership (CEO, President, CFO, CRO) to drive growth initiativesTravel as required throughout assigned territoryQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required (Master's preferred)10+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management sales experienceDemonstrated success selling into hospitals and physician groupsProven ability to engage C-suite healthcare executivesStrong knowledge of hospital and physician RCM services (1st Party preferred)CRCR certification preferredProficiency in Salesforce CRM Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
