Pay & Flexibility Starting pay: $17.00/hour (based on experience) Flexible schedules:4, 6, or 8 hour shifts 1–5 days per week Up to 32 hours/week Perfect for balancing work, school, or lifeShift Options: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri) 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Fri) 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Sun–Thurs) What You'll Be Doing No two days are exactly the same! You'll have the chance to: Help prepare machines and materials for production Learn how to operate advanced packaging equipment Support basic maintenance and troubleshooting Perform quality checks to ensure top‐notch products Keep work areas clean and organized Rotate through tasks like feeding machines, loading pallets, and moving materials What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Comfortable standing for long periods and using your hands frequently Able to lift 10–15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Can follow instructions, multitask, and work independently or with a team Basic math and mechanical aptitude required Strong communication skills Willingness to work overtime when production demands change Bonus Points If You Have Manufacturing or warehouse experience (but not required—we'll train you!)
