Key ResponsibilitiesObserve, assess, and evaluate patients for signs and symptoms of illness, reactions to treatment, and overall physical condition.Implement appropriate reporting, referrals, standardized procedures, and emergency interventions when necessary.Provide and coordinate patient care to ensure safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and disease prevention.Administer medications and therapeutic treatments within the scope of licensure and in accordance with established protocols.Conduct physical examinations and interpret medical histories, laboratory results, and diagnostic findings.Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director.Prescribe medications and therapies as permitted by state regulations.Deliver preventive, restorative, and rehabilitative care.Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and disease prevention strategies.Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including JCAHO guidelines.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Medical Director. Compensation$145,600 $215,000 annuallyFinal compensation is determined based on experience, education, certifications, and qualifications.
