The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Nephrology, is seeking a transplant nephrologist. Duties will include helping build the transplant referral service, increase new patient appointments, and provide care to pre- and post-kidney transplant patients. Position will also attend at the inpatient Kidney Transplant Service and Outpatient Transplant Clinic and participate in the teaching and training of medical students, house staff, and fellows. Applicant must have an M.D. degree, or equivalent, from an approved LCME medical school and satisfactory completion of an Internal Medicine residency program from an ACGME accredited program. Candidate must be eligible for Texas medical licensure and be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
