Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Nashville, TN Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We're looking for a passionate BCBA to join our team in Nashville. In this role, you'll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, leading treatment plans, supervising staff, and promoting a therapeutic environment for both clients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement behavior strategies to teach appropriate behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors.Supervise and support clinical staff and technicians.Collaborate with families and clients in treatment planning.Stay current with ABA research and best practices.Manage a caseload of 7-10 clients.Participate in training programs and model ABA techniques. Qualifications: BCBA Certification in good standing.8-hour supervision training per BACB requirements (or willing to complete).Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or allied health.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
