Interventional Radiology Technologist - Radiology / Cardiology - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus) Location: Pickerington, OHJob Type: Travel ContractDuration: 13 weeksShift: 4x10 DaysPay: $3,127.20/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our Radiology and Cardiology team. This role involves performing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist physicians during interventional radiology and cardiology procedures such as angiography, stent placement, and catheterization.Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images.Administer contrast agents and monitor patients for adverse reactions.Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.Monitor patient vital signs and assist with post-procedure care.Document all procedures accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.QualificationsEducation: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.Licensure/Certification: ARRT certification required; state licensure as applicable.Experience: Previous interventional radiology or cardiac cath lab experience preferred.Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-pressure environments.Excellent communication and patient care skills.Benefits: Weekly pay with competitive ratesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchReferral bonuses for referring talented professionals into our networkFlexible schedules and personalized career supportAbout ATC HealthcareATC Healthcare has been a leader in healthcare staffing for nearly 40 years, offering personalized placement and support to healthcare professionals nationwide.
