This position is on-ground at the Asheville Campus in Asheville, NC. Clinical supervision may be required at area clinical affiliates.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop appropriate academic lectures and/or labs, as well as learning experiences that allow students to achieve course learning objectivesFacilitate effective learning and critical thinking during clinical rotations while fostering a positive learning environmentValidate student competency in the clinical and lab environmentEnsure that all academic program requirements and forms of documentation are completed as required for each student and submitted per established deadlinesProvide appropriate and timely feedback to studentsBe reasonably accessible to students for questions and assistanceBe willing to assist with visiting students in a clinical setting as neededRequirementsEducationMust possess a minimum of an associates degree in radiographyBachelors degree preferredExperienceMinimum of two years of clinical experience in radiographyHold current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiographyPrior experience with supervision of students in clinical or didactic settings preferred
