Position Overview: The pharmacist plays a vital role in ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate medication therapy by reviewing and dispensing medication orders. This position involves close collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, focusing on medication safety, clinical review, and discharge planning to optimize patient outcomes.
