This opportunity offers the chance to work as a Staff Pharmacist in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 340B pharmacy setting, providing essential pharmaceutical services that support community health. You will play a key role in managing prescriptions, inventory quality, and telepharmacy support, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Location: Anderson, Indiana Job Type: Per Diem Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Lunch daily from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM No holidays or weekends required Specific dates: January 29 and January 30 Responsibilities include: Preparing and verifying prescription orders for patient pick-up or delivery Managing equipment and supply orders to maintain pharmacy operations Overseeing inventory control, including maintaining approved drug lists and checking expiry dates Applying best practices for safe storage of prescription drugs and controlled substances Responding professionally to customer requests and addressing concerns Keeping accurate records related to inventory, patient data, and insurance claims Providing telepharmacy support and collaborating closely with the Pharmacy Manager to meet staff and service needs Ensuring all pharmacy activities adhere strictly to legal and quality standards Desired Qualifications: Valid Indiana Pharmacist license Immunization license required Relevant experience with Liberty RX software preferred Ability to provide a resume, skills checklist, and references upon request Spanish language skills are a plus This role provides a rewarding way to contribute to patient care within a supportive, structured environment.
