Director of Clinical Services Opportunity Description   Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Clinical Services for their Home Health location in the Chicago, IL area. A Registered Nurse is required.  Medicare Home Health management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team.  Director of Clinical Services Job Requirements  Medicare Home Health leadership experience. A Registered Nurse is required. Excellent understanding of state/federal Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM. Ability to see patients when needed. Director of Clinical Services Job Responsibilities  Manage the day-to-day clinical operations and workflows. Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.  Hire, train, mentor staff.
