Genomics & Molecular Biomarker Domain Knowledge Understanding of NGS/genomics concepts (variants, biomarkers, panels) and how lab-provided results map to standardized molecular biomarker models. Data Quality, Validation & Lineage Experience defining validation rules, reconciliation checks, and traceability to ensure biomarker mappings are clinically accurate and clinically compliant over a multi-month (3-6 month) onboarding cycle. dbt & Transformation-as-Code Proficiency in dbt for building, versioning, and testing repeatable transformation logic for biomarker normalization and CDM alignment. Databricks & Lakehouse Engineering Strong experience with Databricks, Delta tables, and Lakehouse patterns to explore, transform, validate, and publish genomics data at scale. Data Modeling & Data Mapping Expertise Hands-on experience mapping heterogeneous genomics inputs (JSON, multi-table structured feeds) into a canonical molecular biomarker module Semi-structured & Structured Data Handling Ability to parse and validate JSON-based lab documents as well as fully structured enterprise datasets
