Job Description Location: Delphi, IN Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Facility Type: Healthcare System / Outpatient Pharmacy Services Reports to: Director of Pharmacy or Senior Leadership About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and visionary Specialty Pharmacy Manager to lead the development and ongoing operations of a new outpatient specialty pharmacy. This is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality pharmacy services, with a strong focus on patient care and regulatory adherence. This role oversees day-to-day operations, staff performance, clinical coordination, and compliance with state, federal, and 340B regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and launch of a new specialty pharmacy location. Manage and mentor pharmacy personnel, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Develop and monitor pharmacy programs, quality assurance standards, and patient service metrics. Serve as a liaison between the pharmacy, specialty clinics, and patients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Oversee 340B inventory management and compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. Conduct audits of pharmacy operations, revenue cycle processes, and performance indicators. Ensure rigorous adherence to medication safety standards and legal dispensing requirements.
