Job Purpose: * The Recovery Specialist - 1st Shift at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals in recovery from behavioral health challenges. This role involves facilitating a safe and therapeutic environment, promoting recovery-oriented activities, and assisting clients in achieving their personal recovery goals. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and support clients during the 1st shift, ensuring their safety and well-being. * Facilitate group activities and discussions that promote recovery and personal growth. * Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement individualized recovery plans. * Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress. * Assist clients in developing life skills and coping strategies to support their recovery journey. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recovery services. * Uphold the center's policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and supportive environment for all clients.
