This position offers a mix of outpatient clinic and OR responsibilities, with a heavier emphasis on outpatient care while the physician focuses on surgical procedures. This is an exciting opportunity for an APP looking to work in a dynamic, growing vascular practice.Key Responsibilities:• Manage outpatient vascular surgery patients (at least 3 clinic days per week)• Conduct pre- and post-operative care, follow-ups, and new patient consults• Round on inpatients and assist in the OR• Collaborate closely with the vascular surgeon and team to ensure comprehensive patient care• Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment plans, clinical notes, and patient educationQualifications:• ACNP licensure in Texas and RNFA• 2+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred (vascular, surgical, or related specialty)• Comfortable managing outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and assisting in the OR• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and collaborative mindsetSchedule & Compensation:• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts• Weekday and weekend rounding on rotation with another APP• Additional pay provided for after-hours and weekend coverage• Average patient census: 12Compensation based on experienceBENEFITSOur competitive benefits package includes the following• Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits• 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%• Tuition Reimbursement• PTO accrual beginning Day 1Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or levelQUALIFICATIONS• EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program• EXPERIENCE - More than 1 Year of ExperienceCERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION • Nurse Practitioner (NP)• Registered Nurse (RN)• Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
