It is open to out-of-state candidates only. The position requires availability to start by a specified date. The work week consists of five days, with potential beeper calls. Candidates are expected to handle various case types, including general surgery, orthopedics, gastrointestinal, robotics, obstetrics, radiology, endoscopy, ophthalmology, plastics, ENT, and neurology. There is a dedicated cardiac team for heart cases. The care team model consists of a ratio of CRNAs and MDs. The average monthly case volume is between 1150 and 1200, with an average of 200 obstetric deliveries per month. Credentialing will take approximately 120 days. A clinical call with leadership may be required, allowing the candidate to ask additional questions.
