Provide expert respiratory care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) at a leading healthcare facility located in Marietta, GA. This contract role offers a 13-week assignment with day shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with varied days to support respiratory care and diagnostic services. Candidates must commit to working on-site, as local candidates within 50 miles are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Deliver respiratory therapy treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols. Perform diagnostic respiratory procedures and assist in managing ventilators and airway devices. Monitor patient responses and document care accurately in medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive respiratory care plans. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist within specialty care. Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Must maintain Georgia state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP). Required certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS.
