Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.Current Georgia state license in good standing.Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required (NBRC).Minimum of 2 years of experience within the Respiratory Therapy specialty or equivalent acute care experience.Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS.Experience with ventilator management, arterial blood gas interpretation, and non-invasive ventilation.Experience in an acute care hospital setting, including medical/surgical, ICU, or emergency department environments preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility type: Hospital.Shift name: Nights.Shift schedule: Nights 1900-0700. 12-hour shifts.Shift pattern: 3x12 (three 12-hour shifts per week).Assignment length: 13 weeks.Location Highlights Atlanta, GA offers a mix of urban amenities and outdoor recreation within short drives.
