A critical role is available for an experienced CT Technologist with a strong background in radiology and advanced imaging procedures. This position requires proficiency in CT imaging, with a minimum of one year of CT experience and a preference for candidates with at least two years in radiology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GE scanners and familiarity with EPIC systems, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform CT imaging examinations and intravenous contrast injections while prioritizing patient safety. Prepare and maintain equipment and scan areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. Document patient care accurately and manage clerical tasks to support workflow. Operate and maintain scanning equipment, including quality control testing. Adhere to radiation safety standards in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Educate patients and their families about procedures. Participate in rotating on-call schedules, including nights and weekends. Assist in training students, trainees, or residents and contribute to departmental teamwork. Uphold organizational values by delivering compassionate, respectful patient interactions. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of CT experience; 2 years of radiology experience preferred. ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (must be current). ARRT CT certification preferred. Valid state radiology license. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Experience with GE scanners and EPIC is highly desirable. Strong technical skills with attention to detail and patient care excellence. Schedule: Rotating call every six weeks including evening shifts (3 PM to 9:30 PM M-Th), overnight Friday (3 PM to 7 AM), and weekend coverage (7 AM to 7 AM).
