EHS SUPERVISOR

This role is responsible for implementing site-level EHS programs, supporting regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong culture of safety for employees, contractors, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or high-tech environments and possess a strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. This is a hands-on, field-focused role that works closely with site leadership and crews to maintain safe operations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement and oversee site EHS procedures and programs for data center operations and construction activitiesEnsure site activities comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulationsCoordinate and deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and field training for employees and contractors, including emergency response, hazardous materials, and safe work practicesEvaluate training needs and recommend improvements based on site trends and changing work conditionsConduct routine site inspections, hazard analyses, and risk assessments to identify and correct unsafe conditionsAssist with planning and implementing risk mitigation strategies, including emergency response plans addressing construction activities and data center risks such as high-voltage systems, battery storage, HVAC systems, and confined space workInvestigate and document incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective action trackingCoordinate corrective actions with site leadership and contractors to reduce the recurrence of incidentsSupport regulatory, client, and internal audits and inspections, and coordinate site readiness activities and documentationTrack, maintain, and report site-level EHS metrics, documentation, and logs, and provide regular updates to the Director of EHS and site leadershipSupport site environmental compliance activities as assigned, including waste management practices, documentation, and required reportingEngage employees and contractors daily to reinforce safe work behaviors and strengthen the site safety cultureMaintain accurate records related to training, inspections, incidents, and compliance documentationParticipate in required training sessions and safety briefingsPerform other duties as assigned to meet operational needsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.Demonstrated experience implementing and managing EHS programs within semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech project settings.5 years of EHS experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments.Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant safety standards.Certifications preferred: CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician), OHST (Occupational Health and Safety Technician), or similar.Experience with contractor safety programs and vendor management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Ability to respond to emergencies and manage crisis situations.Proficiency in EHS management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.BenefitsPay is DOE (depending on experience).Excellent working environment with a strong Corporate Office located in Mesa, AZ to support you throughout your projects.100% employer-paid Dental, Vision, Life, and STD/LTD for all full-time employees (dependents can be added with payroll contributions).Medical plans (PPO or HDHP) with 80% of the employee premium paid by the employer (dependents can be added with payroll contributions).Generous employer contributions for HSA participants.Accident, Critical Illness, and Voluntary Life Insurance options.Robust PTO plan and 11 paid holidays per year.401(k) safe harbor program with up to a 4% dollar-for-dollar match.Boot reimbursement program for field employees.$1,500 annual personal development reimbursement for all employees.Military Leave Program and Veteran Support initiatives.Corporate gym membership rates.How to Apply:If you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications, please submit your resume, cover letter, and salary expectations via the ADP portal.
