You will: + Assist with medication administration under the direction of the Nurse Manager + Provide daily care and supportive services based on each resident's care plan + Partner with the Wellness Assistant to identify opportunities that enhance residents' comfort, safety, and overall living experience Your work helps residents stay healthy, engaged, and confident-making you a key part of their daily life. **What We're Looking For** + High school diploma or GED + Experience in assisted living or working with older adults + Medication pass experience (preferred) + CPR certification (preferred) + A compassionate, reliable, team‑focused mindset If you're passionate about supporting seniors and want to grow in a caring, mission‑centered environment, **we'd love to meet you!
