The facility provides advanced gastroenterology services across multiple locations including Sandy Springs, Jonesboro, and Kennesaw, offering physicians the opportunity to work within a well-established system focused on specialized care and patient outcomes.Opportunity:Physician - Internal Medicine - GastroenterologyJob Details:• Perform comprehensive GI procedures with 12 patient encounters per shift• Schedule: Monday-Friday with procedure hours 7:30am-3:00pm or clinic hours 8:00am-5:00pm• Conduct upper GI endoscopy including biopsies and foreign body removal• Perform fulguration of bleeders using cautery or laser techniques• Execute esophageal manometry interpretation procedures• Conduct small bowel biopsies as needed• Perform lower GI endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy (flexible)• Complete colonoscopies with biopsy and polyp excision capabilities• Work across multiple facility locations within the network• Must be board certified in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology• Active Georgia medical license required• Credentialing timeframe approximately 21 days• Fellowship training requiredCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
