Assist with mobility and rehabilitation needs, including range of motion exercises and safe transfers. Take and accurately record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Measure and record weight, as well as intake and output. Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents. Help address resident social and emotional needs through interaction and companionship. Maintain confidentiality and residents' rights at all times. Promptly report any resident concerns, changes, or refusals to nursing staff. Complete all required documentation in a timely manner following established protocols. Be aware that occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is reasonably anticipated.
