Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred. License: Must have applicable licensure. Certifications: ACLS, ARRT VI, ARRT R, BLS. Must-Have: On call required with a 30-minute response time. Scrub experience required. Neuro IR experience required. Travel experience required. Description: Candidates must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing. Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, the unit manager may assign candidates to an Emergency Team. There is an expectation to remain at the facility until after the event passes or to be part of the relief team. Specific details regarding pay will be relayed during any emergency event. Candidates should only apply if comfortable with these requirements. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with charting systems is required. The candidate will work with a diverse patient population including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 30 patients. Candidates will be part of an interdisciplinary support team that includes respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. Special procedures and equipment will include fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and computed tomography. Candidates must maintain a sterile field and prepare the access site. Maintaining inventory and stocking supplies is also required. The role involves various interventional procedures such as angiography, biopsies, and drainage placements. Candidates must be able to recognize life-threatening arrhythmias and perform EKG lead placement. Candidates will be expected to participate in continuous education and skills development.
