Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a pediatric imaging department at a newly opened Level II trauma facility, with ARRT-CT certification and WA state licensure required.Job Details• Pediatric imaging department at a newly built (opened May 2026) 152-bed Level II trauma facility, including a 70-bed NICU, in Tacoma, WA,• Patient population is pediatric, ages 0-18, across all diagnoses and case types,• Equipment includes Siemens Definition Edge CT scanner and Biograph MCT Flow Edge PET/CT scanner,• Schedule is 10-hour night shifts, Thursday through Wednesday, 11:30 PM - 10:00 AM (7/70 rotation),• 35 hours per week,• Weekend rotation is dependent upon the shift taken,• On-call is possible but limited to off-hours and weekends, no more than 24 hours per month,• No floating required,• Free garage and street parking available; local light rail is an option if parking is limited,Job Requirements• ARRT (CT) certification required,• Current BLS certification required,• WA state license required if applicable,• Minimum of 1 year of CT experience required; pediatric experience preferred,• Strong communication skills, patience, and kindness when working with pediatric patients and their families,• Ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images,• Self-starter with strong multitasking abilities,Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• At least one professional reference from a supervisor or above (Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or equivalent) is required for consideration; a second reference will be needed prior to start,• Any scrub color is acceptable
