A skilled Radiologic Technologist with orthopedic experience is needed to support imaging services at a busy clinical setting. This travel opportunity offers a 13-week assignment starting immediately, providing hands-on experience with advanced imaging equipment including GE and EPIC systems. The ideal candidate will be certified by ARRT and hold BLS certification, with a strong background in X-ray procedures and orthopedic imaging. Qualifications & Desired Experience: ARRT certification required BLS certification required Proven experience in orthopedic imaging within a clinical environment Familiarity with GE imaging equipment and EPIC electronic medical records preferred Ability to perform high-quality diagnostic X-rays with attention to patient care and safety Location: This role is based in a vibrant area near Lawrenceville, GA, known for its rich community amenities and accessible living options. The location offers an attractive combination of suburban charm and proximity to metropolitan conveniences, making it a great place to live and work. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures accurately and efficiently following accepted safety protocols Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to provide quality orthopedic imaging support Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring operational functionality and cleanliness Document patient data and imaging results in EPIC accurately Adhere to established clinic schedules, working Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Schedule: Full-time hours, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additional Details: Travel assignment with no local candidates within 50 miles considered Professional dress code: gray or pewter scrubs Weekly billing cycle Contract duration: 13 weeks This position is a travel opportunity ideal for radiologic technologists seeking to expand their expertise in orthopedic imaging and work with cutting-edge equipment.
