Job Description

This full-time, on-site opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) offers a unique role focused on coaching and training within a school setting in Norristown, PA. Starting as soon as possible, this contract position extends through May 28th, with potential adjustments based on emergency days. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to multiple school buildings, collaborating closely with IEP teams to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Rather than delivering direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, your primary responsibility will be supporting and training staff within the Tier I/II/III Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) behavioral framework. You will be supported by a lead BCBA and district administrators, allowing for a collaborative approach to enhancing behavioral interventions across the district. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with IEP teams to complete FBAs and design BIPs tailored to student needs. Provide coaching and training to school staff in behavior management and intervention strategies. Support implementation of Tier I/II/III MTSS behavioral systems. Coordinate efforts across several buildings to ensure consistent behavioral supports. Work under the guidance of a lead BCBA and district administrators. Desired Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (25/26 certification preferred). Experience with educational settings and MTSS behavioral frameworks. Strong skills in coaching, training, and collaborative problem-solving. Ability to manage caseload across multiple buildings and work effectively with school teams.
