If you're passionate about technology, too, come and join us!About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Director RevOps to lead and scale a global RevOps function in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role owns the end-to-end revenue engine across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, while also leading M&A operational strategy and post-merger integration.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of end-to-end GTM operations, designing and optimizing operating models across Sales, Customer, Marketing, and revenue-adjacent teams to ensure clear ownership, seamless handoffs, and consistent execution across the full customer lifecycle.Drive fast, data-driven decision-making with sales leadership and the executive team. Surface insights by having a point of view and pressure-testing it quickly with data.Act as a hub and spoke model to enable marketing, finance, pre-sales, post-sales, and the exec team to work togetherInfluence product strategy by surfacing regional insights, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment between product roadmaps and Americas revenue priorities.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; build frameworks, elevate talent, and establish the operational cadence for the function.Lead M&A operational due diligence and post-merger integration, driving synergies and value realization.QualificationsSolid leadership experience in RevOps / Sales Ops in a high-growth SaaS environment.Proven track record leading or supporting M&A integrations.Deep experience owning and automating CRM's (HubSpot) at scale - You can quickly analyze our CRM, understand where improvements or automations need to take place, and execute on them.
