We're expanding our mission to serve the community within Marysville and surrounding areas!Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and mission-aligned Advanced Practice Provider to join our integrated care team. The Advanced Practice Provider will provide high-quality, age-appropriate, and specialty-specific care to LLCHC outpatients in coordination with a collaborating physician. The APP will practice within their scope of licensure, certification, and education, and will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care in alignment with LLCHC's faith-based mission.The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader and clinician who thrives in a community health setting, is committed to serving diverse populations, and is passionate about eliminating health disparities through accessible care.Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care within a mission-driven FQHC, serving individuals and families (Ages 18+) Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning using evidence-based guidelines. Manage clinical work efficiently while supporting patient access and continuity of care. Deliver care through integrated, collaborative models alongside primary care, counseling, and social support services. Interest or experience in addiction-informed care and MAT integration is valued, with support available within the team. Serve as an engaged clinical member of the care team, participating in consultation, case discussion, and team-based decision-making. Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards in all aspects of practice. Document care accurately, timely, and in compliance within the electronic health record (Epic experience valued). Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical efforts that promote patient outcomes, equity, and access. Contribute to a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the Behavioral Health team. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stoop, and move intermittently throughout the day. May require occasional evening or weekend hours based on patient needs. Medical care will be of the highest quality and will be monitored by peer review and continuous quality improvement.QualificationsRequired Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Board certification in the relevant specialty 2+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with telemedicine services Current and unrestricted state license to practice as an NP or PA National certification from recognized certifying bodies (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA) Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS preferred). Demonstrated commitment to serving diverse, underserved, or vulnerable populations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a community health center or similar primary care setting. Familiarity with EPIC or other EHR systems. Bilingual (Spanish, Somali, or Arabic) is a plus.
