Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required. Candidate must be certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Licensure with the relevant state Department of Health is necessary. Shifts consist of 4 ten-hour days per week. Every third weekend will include weekend call from Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM. Other weekday call needs may vary. Out of hospital response time must be within 30 minutes from activation. Department consists of advanced equipment including Philips and Siemens Fluoroscopy Systems. Experience with this equipment is not required. The unit performs only cardiac procedures with multiple cardiac suites and one vascular surgery room. BLS certification is required.
