Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a day shift travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center in Bradenton, FL, requiring at least 2 years of experience and current BLS, ACLS, and NRP or STABLE certifications.Job Details• Respiratory Therapy department at a 383-bed Level II Trauma Center in Bradenton, FL,• Day shift hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts),• Equipment used includes Servo I, GE, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm,• EMR: Meditech (experience preferred),• ICU experience preferred,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active RRT license and certification required; license required if applicable,• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy,• Must have active experience in the specialty within the last 6 months,• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted),• NRP or STABLE certification required,• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date,• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration - no Canadian SSNs accepted,• Two professional references required (Florida facility),• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - no local candidates considered,• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,Additional Information• Traveler will be scheduled in accordance with facility policy, including every other weekend and holidays on a rotating basis with hospital staff,• Grey scrubs required for Respiratory Therapy staff
