Dental Coordinator

You'll use your problem-solving skills and collaborate with providers, billing, community health workers, medical records and other staff to address patient needs. Responsibilities include:Reviews schedules to check accuracy of appointments and look for opportunities to maximize schedules.Prioritizes, sends and responds to patient portal messages and patient cases while forwarding messages to appropriate staff for review.Prepares and presents estimates of patient's financial responsibility.Consults with providers regarding patient needs and makes referrals.Schedules and confirms appointments, answers phones and other office responsibilities.Runs reports to assist with patient follow-up, referrals and procedures.Hourly Rate: $22.84 per hour based on a full-time, 40 hour work week. Able to read, write and speak the English language.
