This role is responsible for handling inventory, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining proper storage and organization of pharmaceutical products and supplies. The ideal candidate has experience in a production or packing environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.Team EnvironmentThis position is part of a team of approximately 20 warehouse workers, working collaboratively to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inventory and warehouse duties, including proper storage of medications and suppliesEnsure appropriate handling and refrigeration of perishable productsPrepare daily shipment boxes and packaging materialsCreate, update, or correct shipping labels as neededTransport packages to shipping, mail, and courier areasMonitor prescription drug inventory within the pharmacy computer systemReceive incoming inventory and verify accuracy of shipmentsAssist with resolving inventory discrepanciesMaintain proper organization and storage of inventoryPerform cycle counts and assist with order processingProcess, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring all required materials are includedSupport equipment monitoring and basic calibration as neededMaintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced, production-focused environmentRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredExperience in a warehouse, production, or packing environment preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detailReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsSelf-motivated with a production-focused mindsetStrong organizational and time management skillsInterview ProcessOne round interview - conducted in personModerately technical with a behavioral focus
