Monitor patient response and adjust care as necessary to ensure effective therapy. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required. Proven experience with Hamilton ventilators is highly preferred. Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records system is advantageous. Ability to work independently during night shifts and adapt to dynamic clinical situations. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Schedule/Hours: 3 consecutive 12-hour night shifts.
