This position is responsible for selling replacement parts, engines, and transmissions, representing multiple product lines including Detroit Diesel, Allison Transmission, MTU, and Volvo Penta Industrial/Marine—while also assisting with daily warehouse operations. Duties include supporting retail and internal customers, processing shipments, managing inventory accuracy, ensuring proper parts distribution, and maintaining an organized, safe warehouse environment. Salary Range - $27.00 - $31.00 per hourProvide exceptional support to customers and technicians in person and by phone, ensuring professional, efficient, and customer‑focused experience. Identify required parts using manufacturer lookup tools and POS systems; create accurate quotes, and sales orders.Inform customers of related parts, specials, and suitable substitutions when exact replacements are unavailable. Ensure Technicians have required parts readily available to support productive service operations. Process customer payments, obtain credit authorizations, and handle returns; inspect parts/cores and issue credits or refunds as appropriate. Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts, supplies, and materials; report discrepancies related to quantity or condition. Prepare, pick, package, document, and ship outgoing materials accurately and on schedule; verify correct labeling, packaging, and completeness. Fill requisitions, work orders, and internal/external requests for parts and materials accurately and timely. Support organizing and tracking inventory by part number, size, or type to maintain full traceability and enable quick retrieval.Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.Participate in all required training and stay current on product updates.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; adhere to safety standards and wear required PPE.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and a positive team‑oriented attitude.Organized and methodical approach to tasks; accurate and thorough work.Ability to work well with diverse personalities.
