A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Intervention Specialist to support students at a specialized educational center in Burnsville, MN. This role focuses on working within classrooms serving students with severe behavioral and physical disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 8 classrooms, supporting 40-45 students primarily in a setting 4 environment. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators and staff to implement behavior strategies and provide ongoing support. Complete necessary documentation, paperwork, and debrief sessions related to student behavior and program progress. Work within one building- either the South Education Center or North Education Center. Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or relevant experience as a Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS). Experience working with students who have severe behavior and physical disabilities, particularly in specialized educational settings. Strong skills in conducting assessments, data collection, and behavioral intervention planning. Ability to manage multiple classrooms and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
