Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for Director of Food Access Services for a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to improving well-being, stability, and access to essential services for individuals and families across the Puget Sound region. This hybrid role is based in Seattle, Washington, with the ability to commute to offices in Seattle and South King County. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of Food Access Services provides strategic leadership for a portfolio of programs designed to ensure equitable and dignified access to nutritious food for diverse communities. This leader oversees program strategy, operations, partnerships, and evaluation while guiding a collaborative team dedicated to strengthening community impact. The role works cross-functionally with organizational leadership, community partners, and stakeholders to advance innovative and sustainable food access solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated experience leading programs or initiatives related to food access, community services, or social impact.Experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding teams while supporting collaboration and growth.Strong strategic planning, program development, and project management abilities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across diverse communities and partners.Experience using data, evaluation, or reporting tools to inform decisions and demonstrate program outcomes. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This position offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 along with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Benefits include 100% employer-paid premiums for employee medical, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, and an employee assistance program.
