Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school setting in Norwalk, CT. This role focuses on implementing behavior analysis interventions to support student success and promote positive outcomes in an educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to guide treatment planning Collaborate with teachers, therapists, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure coordinated support for students Train and supervise staff in the use of behavior analysis techniques and data collection methods Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and ethical standards Desired Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working in school settings preferred Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions Ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and educational stakeholders Demonstrated skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment Location: This position is based in Norwalk, Connecticut, supporting students within a local school district.
