The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and experienced in providing respiratory care to subacute and long-term care patients. Position Summary: The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory care services in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations. This role supports patients with chronic and acute respiratory conditions in a post-acute care setting. Responsibilities: * Administer respiratory treatments (neb treatments, oxygen therapy, trach care, suctioning, etc.) * Monitor and assess patient respiratory status * Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and oxygen delivery systems * Document treatments and patient responses accurately * Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to optimize patient care * Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies as needed Qualifications: * Current RT license in good standing (state-specific) * RRT or CRT accepted * BLS required (ACLS preferred, if applicable) * SNF, subacute, or long-term care experience preferred * Strong communication and documentation skills What We Offer: * Competitive pay * Supportive interdisciplinary team * Opportunity for long-term stability and growth Work schedule * 8 hour shift * Weekend availability
